Sagitta offers you a solution, but they only sell to companies (that have money).
I recommend you build your own. Start with a normal motherboard with 3-4 PCIe x16 slots and just clunk your graphics cards in them.

What platform/chassis? It's not quite as easy as just tossing a ton of cards in a random supermicro/tyan board and calling it a day.

SMC and Tyan, I'm not quoting specific model numbers as that is part of my IP which customers pay for.

Customers? Clearly I missed the part where you are a commercial re-seller/system builder.

Is there some kind of tutorial on how to build these kind of rigs? Like hardware and OS that needs to be installed on them? I want to build my own if possible not to expensive . Since I'm on a tight budget at the moment because new born . I'm just looking for something i could play around with for myself .

You dont need any tutorial, if You want simple 1 or 2 gpu rig it is almost like "normal" home pc. Just take best gpu with small amount of ram and cheap gpu. Thats all

just google how to build a mining rig, it is the exact same principle. There are entire reddit threads like GPUMINING and ETHERMINING dedicated to these topics.

ebay and criagslist have a few crypto mining rigs that are at or slightly above the cost of parts, a few overpriced ones looking for suckres as well but those are easy to spot.
