OK, I've just uploaded the latest version for testing, here are the changes:

  • You can now use charset files with plus and lite. Either copy / paste filepath or drag / drop onto charsets.
  • Markov threshold dropdown added for both plus and lite. Default is 0 which is standard brute-force. Please read up on markov before using.
  • Added 2 extra filename commands: [InFile] and [InFilename], see Help tab for more info.
  • Added "Help" tab and would appreciate any user contributions with this. See help.txt file as this is what it uses.

Would it be possible please to add a "Write to text file" to the hashcat options ? This allow the user to make there own word lists using rules and also check that the rules are doing what the user expected.

Have you had any more thoughts on my request to have a "Pipe to hashcat-plus". This would be extremely useful so users can use the table lookup attack through hashcat-plus which would then allow them to use this against WPA.

Thank you for all your hard work so far, its a really useful bit of kit !
