On linux you can use this command:

grep -e "[0-9a-f]\{32\}" your_hashlist > your_hashlist.clean

To remove duplicated hashes:

grep -e "[0-9a-f]\{32\}" your_hashlist | sort | uniq > your_hashlist.clean.nodupes

To remove duplicate hashes moving on top of the list the most common:

grep -e "[0-9a-fA-F]\{32\}" your_hashlist | sort | uniq -c | sort -nr | cut -b 9- > your_hashlist.clean.nodupes.commonontop
