Try pixie dust and if that fails, try Reaver's new empty pin vulnerability: https://github.com/t6x/reaver-wps-fork-t6x/wiki/Introducing-a-new-way-to-crack-WPS:-Option--p-with-an-Arbitrary-String

Anyone know the manufacturer of this particular JAZZTEL?

The BSSID OUI of 00:b6:b7 does not appear to be assigned to anyone?

Yes, it is very odd.

Checked on the IEEE MA-L (trendy new name for OUI) database and there is
nothing for 00:b6:b7

Comtrend Corporation do have d8:b6:b7 and they have manufactured some of
the JAZZTEL boxes, but that was as close as I could get with it.
