Hi all,

I am trying to use rules to achieve the following:

test@example.com in my wordlist becomes these candidates:

test+label@example.com
test@example.com

I have looked at the documentation here: https://hashcat.net/wiki/doku.php?id=rule_based_attack

But it appears I can only replace one character with another. I would like to replace the '@' with '+label@', is this possible? Are there any ways of approaching this?

Ideally I do not want to have to create a wordlist with these candidates myself - my emails wordlist recently hit 300gb and I don't have much space sitting around.

Thanks!

+rep if I helped, thanks. Means a lot when I'm using power in China to crack hashes!

One solution with "awk" and pipe hashcat.

Oo, I forgot I could feed hashcat candidates from stdin.

Thank you all!
