a3bcb7e77d47cf4317b6d24642e4db65*304596de7b96*fcc233c15f2e*4d6f7669737461725f37423936

Type: WPA/WPA2 PMKID
ESSID: Movistar_7B96
BSSID: 30:45:96:DE:7B:96 (Huawei Technologies Co.,Ltd)

I also have another question regarding other pmkids .. I know the password is: "xxx97662" How can I solve the first 3 digits? they can be numbers or letters ..

yes, of course .. I have this pmkid:

a9a712cd1e32a51710c16fcd15815dd0*6aeca3083264*f0a225e8e2b6*5a7978656c5f303833323634

in gpuhash it solves it easily but I would like to learn to do it by myself since only the last hashcat code would be missing

hashcat -m 16800 test.16800 -a 3 -w 3 '?d?d?d?0?8?3?2?6?4?'

I do not know what I'm doing wrong

By the way, the 3 figures are numbers and letters in minuscule and capital letters

(sorry my bad english.. google translator)

hashcat -m 16800 -a 3 -1 ?l?u?d PMKID ?1?1?197662

?l = lowercase
?u = uppercase
?d = digits

I suggest read the wiki page of hashcat.
In your case the command should be:

hashcat -w 3 -m 16800 -a 3 -1 ?l?u?d test.16800 ?1?1?197662
