I've been reading many previous posts on the EE brightbox routers where all had a 3 word WPA password.

It now seems EE have upped their game and the new HUB 6 Routers now have 1 of the words all capitals.

Still using the 3-4-5 (in any order) word-word-word keyspace, just one word is all CAPS

Known examples:

index-wait-ICY
ALPHA-hid-past

Can anyone confirm this is correct? Some more examples would be good too.

Has anyone a more updated word list for these 3 4 & 5 lengths? I have the brightbox extended but have already seen missing words.

I'm also interested to know what hashcat command would be best on this mask/keyspace layout.

I can give you my list if you want.
Is there any example as index-WAIT-icy ?
Or only 1. or 3. word is uppercase?

Yes your list would be great to have,

Well spotted. I haven't yet seen a 4 letter upper case but I'm assuming there will be.
Need to see more to confirm either way.

EE-hub-2hXc : yard-jog-SPENT

used wifite on parrot linux with trusty old usb alfa to get handshake.
converted to hccap using -J in aircrack

the old EE text files are all lower case
so i used microsoft word - select all - then change case to upper
then save text file.

then in windows 10 1909
with hashcat3.00

hashcat64.exe -m 2500 -a1 -w1 -j $- EE1.hccap 3-4_4-3.txt 5-normU.txt

all versions of hashcat above 3.00 have never worked properly on wpa
for me with windows 10 and two radeon VIIs.
but hashcat 3.00 - still works fine.

best wishes to everybody
happy new year

Great work, Have you tried running the wordlists the other way around?

5-normU.txt 3-4_4-3.txt

I've been playing with this over Christmas and my speed drops from full speed on all 4 cards to less than half speed and only runs on 1 card when I switch them around.
