Proposal: for any hashlist over 25 hashes posting current leftlist with every found is mandatory. Founds posted without corresponding leftlist considered invalid.

RIP ISP(InsidePro)forum had two simple but effective rules (with a warnings for trusted, elite members also and removal of posts by moderators)
1 leftlist required if original hashlist more than ....(ISP-10 hashes as i remember)
2 leftlist should be provided simultaneously with post indicating number of found hashes

Requiring an additional administrative step when we're all using computers seems old fashioned.

Wouldn't a hashkiller based arbiter program make more sense? All founds to one point. All lefts drawn from same point? I was hoping the proposed new changes would solve this.
