Use http://paste2.org/new-paste rather than posting a huge list in the forums. Attachment limit is 3MB.

Works for me, the updated link has 11407 hashes including the original 8997 as tar.bz2. The 503 are new hashes not in the 11407.

    27 lotus5 keys.
    83 $MD4$ keys.
Total: 10728 keys in 23 different formats.

As bz2 seems to be no problem for anybody, I switch to this more effective compression permanently.

- May include all or part of the recent founds by Xnor & hashponge, ... to lazy too de-dup
- The goldmine hit was email addresses in which @ is replaced by #. 40,000+ were found, there is plenty of room left. I expect thousands more to be in 32_hex/MD5. I'd love to see others to try more mail providers, bruteforce mail names, and apply more dictionaries for names.
- This drop is too large for even the new 3MB attachement limit, so it was split in the actual JtR pot file and the derived usual algo-specific summaries. Also with my slow DSL, the timeout limit for uploads was a problem. Please consider both attachement size and timeout before uploads are interrupted to allow slow connections.

Took me a day to wipe the grin out of my face afer finding the new ruleset produced 10,000 hits I'll run the rulesets and dicts created in the # effort with ~, won't hurt even when you run similar rules/dicts. If you find other specials which are worth checking, let me know. It would be much appreciated if you posted your hits because all those finds combined will create a nice new dictionary and I somehow feel entitled to havea copy.

Thx! I do not use GPU, so my hits will take a few days, got a few 1,000 "tildes" already. As for dictionaries, I just created my own. Took lists of english, german and french popular first and last names and stiched them together into names with a little Perl. "johnsmith", "john_smith", "john-smith", "john.smith", "j.smith", "j-smith" etc. pp. Also lists of account names from various sources, e.g. facebook, work well. Plus I wrote rules to add numbers to the account names, up to length 4.

The other worthwhile thing is adding providers. E.g. I have checked the national versions of hotmail for .com, .de, fr., co.uk, .it and .gr. But for example I checked no national emails from say Canada or Spain. I also did not simply brutefoece a-z0-9.-_ for mail names with the providers, as this is a GPU only option which I do not have.

There is plenty of room left, as said

     7 $SHA$ keys.
    27 lotus5 keys.
   101 $MD4$ keys.
Total: 17074 keys in 23 different formats.

- About 10,000 new "email" type hashes, mainly of type "~". Still plenty of room left as the search was not as deep as for "#".
- Type "email" seems to be in all formulas of form md5^n, easy hits especially in md5^2.

Awesome stuff zyx4cba makes me wonder why there are so many of these emails with ~ and #, me thinks maybe something to do with the FAKE hotmail, facebook cracking sites? (All run by the same lot anyway).

- Guess I now understand the MD4 hits. NTLM and LM are the Microsoft flavor of MD4, so when many LM and NTLM hashes are around, MD4 seems to go up like the canary in the coal mine ...
- Did some superficial testing for new email type hashes and found a few 100. Given some of them should have been found by the last extensive search, I have to assume new ones are entered into the set each day. Not sure about this though, will wait a few weeks and then run a deeper search again to find out.

Found in 32 Hex :I tried md5 (md5($ pass).$salt) with $salt: 1 to 3 all-spaces + $salt: 1 to 5 digits

937 found : http://paste2.org/p/1895780

Blandyuk can you integrate this dual format ?

Output Format :

md5(md5($pass).$salt):md5($pass).$salt:pass

as :

I think there are still many hashes with salts "1 to n all-spaces" in full 32... i try this...
